Forder Village Green

fence at village green

At last, after an 11 year wait, there is to be a Public Inquiry to consider the application to designate certain land in Forder as a Village Green. This decision follows a report by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman who strongly criticises Cornwall Council for the long delay and consequential injustice.

See Ombudsman's report

There was a Pre-Inquiry Meeting at Saltash Town Hall on Thursday 30 May, to discuss procedure for the inquiry.
