Forder Village Green

At last, after an 11 year wait, there is to be a Public Inquiry to consider the application to designate certain land in Forder as a Village Green. This decision follows a report by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman who strongly criticises Cornwall Council for the long delay and consequential injustice.

See Ombudsman's report

There is to be a Pre-Inquiry Meeting at Saltash Town Hall at 11am Thursday 30 May, to discuss procedure for the inquiry.

See details of meeting

You are urged to attend this meeting
